By accessing or using Active Krew Training ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Active Krew Training is a free fitness tracking application provided to members of the Active Krew community. The Service allows you to:

  • Log daily fitness activities and nutrition
  • Track body weight and progress over time
  • Set and monitor fitness goals
  • Generate shareable progress recaps

3. Account Requirements

  • You must have a Discord account to use the Service
  • You must be a member of the Active Krew Discord server
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information when using the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Use the Service to harass or harm others

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the fitness data you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and display your data to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

6. Health Disclaimer

Active Krew Training is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.

  • The Service is for informational and tracking purposes only
  • Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program
  • Do not use the Service to diagnose or treat any health condition
  • We are not responsible for any health outcomes related to your use of the Service

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Active Krew Training and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or the Active Krew community guidelines. You may delete your account at any time through the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
